Hello everyone it's Matt again owner, accountant, secretary, janitor and tech of Miami Appliance Repair.

Recently I tried a new answering service and tried to hire a new tech. Neither worked as I expected and if you were affected during this time period I am very sorry.

Both the Tech and the answering service is no longer with Miami Appliance Repair.

Back to doing quality one on one service. Yes there will be times that I cannot answer the phone due to volume alone. In Miami it is VERY difficult to fine someone you can trust to do a good job in your name. Imagine I have to trust an answering service in another state to send a tech around that I have little control of to your house. It is not fair to you and not fair to me.

I built this business to where it is today and maybe in the future we will expand but for now I need to focus more on quality and not quantity for all my customers.

So in closing if I do not answer the phone right away please leave a message and when I can I will get back to you as soon as possible.
