I've been repairing appliances for a very long time and I have a few customers who really liked my work so much that they only use me from now on.
My career brings me in the home of all walks of life, especially here in Miami, Fl. I get to see lower, middle and upper class people sometimes all within one day.
I could care less if you have $1 Million or $100 dollars to your name I will always respect you and treat your home with respect. It is how I was raised in the Midwest in Illinois USA.
This blog post is to personally thank each and every one of you who allowed and trusted me in your home where you eat, sleep and live. It means a lot me knowing we have created a very trustworthy atmosphere before durring and after the service call.
Some of you text me now without even talking to me that the key is in a secret spot just for me to use to gain access while you are at work and some of you have recently told a friend about my service.
Word of mouth advertisment is what I love the most! Keep in going!
If you are reading this post for the 1st time and you have never used me to fix your appliance just keep in mind before you call one of these major corporation appliance repair chains with an 800 number and 1 week before some guy comes to your house that there is a better choice in Miami.

Well it's Christmas time again and Merry Christmas from MIami Appliance Repair and if you do not celibrate this holiday that's fine, I hope you are enjoying any and all Holiday celibrations.
Keep Your Refrigerator Coils Clean...
Just a friendly reminder that it might be a good time to get down on your knees and take the panel off of the front bottom of your refrigerator and look with a flashlight to see how dirty your coils may be.
Especially if you own a pet your coils should be cleaned two times per year!
The best way to clean the coils yourself is to turn your refrigerator off in the fridge section dial. Turn off then if you have a coil cleaning brush (Found Here) from any Home Department Store (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc...) you can shove the coild brush gently in and out of the coils.
Once you pull the brush out you should have a vaccuum handy with a hose that will suck the dust and dirt off of the coil brush.
If you have neither then you may be able to swipe the coils with a damp cloth but keep in mind this will only get the front surface.
Hope this tip helps!
Once again Happy Holidays!

Hello everyone I wanted to start a Miami Appliance Repair Blog page on this website just to keep you updated on a few things going on in our business and perhaps share a few cool stories about the life of an appliance repair man in Miami/Miami Beach.
Being an appliance repair guy in Miami is very different than many places in America. Personally I've done appliance repair in Illinois, Daytona Beach FL, Fort Lauderdale FL and now here in Miami for a few years.
Miami has a unique dynamic that not many other places have and what I mean by that is I could be in a family home that is middle class income who has a huge pile of clothes around a dead Washer (Until I fix it!) with 3 kids running around and 2 dogs that have to be put in the backyard while I work.
Then after that call I could be on the 45th floor in a luxury condo on South Beach trying my Spanish with their housekeeper who told the owner that the dryer was not heating anymore! Maybe after that call I could be asked to look at a refrigerator of a gay couple down the street on Ocean Dr. in South Beach.
I've been there done that and I don't discriminate. If you have an appliance that needs to be repaired I will do my best to fix it same day unless a part needs to be ordered. Even then I get parts fairly quick!
